My first door knocking experience came around age seven while helping my Realtor mom hand out flags for the Fourth of July in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland. My first official real estate job was as the weekend receptionist in the days when the MLS was delivered in a book and messages were delivered handwritten on paper. I have watched the industry grow and embrace technology while maintaining its roots in service.


As any second generation Realtor will tell you, I had no excuse; I knew what I was getting into when I got my license: the demanding schedule, no promised payday, inconsistent income, and stress that can keep you up in the middle of the night. I was determined to run my business differently. It took a few challenging years, but I gained control over my life, business, and income. I stopped letting the business consume my life as I'd seen it do to so many.


I have spent the past 20+ years pulling double duty as a full time REALTOR® and casual mentor and coach to new and established agents. Shifting into a certified coach and consultant position has been a natural progression for me as my heart lives in helping others uphold the nobility in this profession as they elevate their position within it without losing themselves to it.
